SOREA’s innovative; cast designs are created from a raw concept and are transformed through the development of artisan carved or automated computer generated molds to achieve their customers design intent. All of these creations hold the design elements of texture, color, pattern or three dimensional forms. These elements can be used as building blocks to create the vocabulary of design you desire for your interior or exterior space.
1. Texture:
Sorea offers cast textures in the form of decorative textured sheets. These designs can be offered through Sorea’s standard or custom designs in sheet sizes of up to 48” (1219mm) x 96” (2438mm) and thicknesses of ¼” (0.236”) to 4” (4.0”). Sorea is one of the few acrylic casting manufacturers in North America that has the ability to cast up to 750 lbs. per casting. See our standard cast texture designs.
2. Color:
In addition to Sorea’s cast texture designs, SOREA can offer a full range of color on all their resin textures from transparent to opaque Sorea has the ability to match custom colors through Pantone® or paint chip color matching. The depth and vibrancy of these products are striking and because of their unique manufacturing process, the resulting resin is resistant to chemicals and heat, making it incredibly durable.
3. Graphic Patterns:
SOREA uses a coloring process called dye sublimation for all projects that require patterns or graphics. This sublimation process is a universal system that allows customers access to any pattern design, photo quality graphics, and illustrated artwork to be transferred onto SOREA resin products. This flexible system is extremely durable and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
4. Three Dimensional Form:
Sorea offers custom design and manufacturing of 3-dimensional products for its customers in the form of lighting, furniture, wash basins and sculptural art.
